Anyway I stayed there for over 25+ yrs and I have nvr go into that temple.

No one will choose the unit close to the temple, tml more units of 19 n 17 will be taken up.

It will tighten eligibility for loans to buy HDB flats. The Mortgage Servicing Ratio (MSR) for housing loans granted by financial institutions will be capped at 30 percent of a borrower's gross monthly income.

For loans granted by HDB, the MSR cap will be lowered from 40 percent to 35 percent.

HLE application approve dec 17 but have not seen the letter

AHG approve 12 Jan but i receive a letter fri dated 6/1/2013 that AHG pending tender of constructiion to decide..

I received another letter from hdb stating that we have incomplete docs for the AHG application! I am so frustrated with them. There is this yellow form which they require us to acknowledge and sign, which we weren't given during the selection day! And they still INSIST on us submitting the payslips for 3 months which showed signs of inconsistencies which we have already submitted previously on the breakdown that they wanted! My bf's co doesn't provide payslips so we got the CFO to write a letter and she included breakdowns for not only the required 3 months but for all 12 MONTHS! Gonna call and scold them later! :s8:
