My cousins bought 1 time new flat, 2 times resale, when they decided to apply BTO again as 2nd timer, HDB levy go up to 100K+

Living in SG really all talk about $$.

They will try to get a share of what you earn....

But then in the 1st place, i think HDB shouldnt be speculated at all... its meant for the public and needy.

I also got mixed feelings abt my queue no.

3XX for 5 room teckghee vista, should I pray for that the no is not real but risk to getting a worse queue no, or should I pray that the no is real and wait ppl to drop out haha

Dear suzuka88, I think I am unable to clear the next AMK 3rm BTO no matter how hard I tried as the expected price will hover around 300-320k.

I am staying near Amk 453A market, which is opposite the Teck Ghee Park site. Resale 3rm NG completed with MUP upgrade. Bought @ 150k, waiting to sell within 2yrs.

The feeling is a combination of like waiting for PSLE, O level, driving test and toto result. Funny thing is, the HDB loan subsequently will be the heaviest burden any singaporean will take for the rest of their life.

Ah, finally! Seems like AMK ones are super hot. Difficult to search for applicants for Tamp Greenlace. So are you applying as a first or second timer? Any priority scheme? I applied as 1st timer with MCPS...but seems like lots of them used this as well, so perhaps chances might not be that high...

You forgot to mention that you give back with interest add-ons and multiple times.

I also staying amk since the day Im born, and still living now after married,

If not for family expansion, i doubt I will sell my 3NG bought at 200K.

Tampines is very hot too! Subscription rates were around 3-4x if i remember correctly.

First timer, same scheme as you MCPS. 4room for me.

I have a couple of friends who applied for AMK just because of the location even though:

1. Boyfriend and girlfriend both stayed in Jurong since birth
2. Boyfriend and girlfriend both stayed in Queenstown since birth
3. Boyfriend is 34 and by the time they get the flat, hes about 40.

Of course hot la! even such people go cheong for it! Imagine if the estimated time of completion is 3-4yrs..confirm worst!
