For amk, cheng san would be more popular choice compare to teck ghee?
In the queue for amk 3rm.

I personally prefer park view. There are so many buses to take that I don't think the waiting time for a bus will be long and is only 3 bus stops away. Besides the price is cheaper compared to Chengsan. Beats where I am staying now. :)

for tenteram peak, do you all think its possible to walk to boon keng mrt station? seemed like its about 1km away, walk 15-20 mins?

Its gonna be a long walk.

From TP to MRT station it's best to take bus for ard 7 stops (short distance btw one another since it wanders around whampoa area before exiting to balestier road) to Novena or cross over to PIE and take bus for 3 stops to TPY.

hows your q number btw?

I tell u TKPV is the best... besides less then 1k away from MRT... The amenities is far better than AMK central. Here got 3 food markets and a macdonalds at 446. GPs within 5 mins walk. If u too lazy to have a bite, 555 coffeeshop is within 2 mins walk. Drivers will love it cos CTE-CITY & CTE-SLE-YISHUN/WOODLANDS juz around the corner. :) :D =:p

depends on your preference, if you really dislike opening window to see other blocks (but i dont think proximity will be very close) then take the CTE view...and i also dont think the future HDB blocks will be up so soon since this project's pick up rate so slow i would think they will want the units to be at least 80% filled before starting the next project "next door"

however, if you and/or your SO have very sensitive nose to dust or is a light sleeper, maybe the CTE view may not be so optimal...

2 cents worth :D

I am in the queue for the Tenteram Peak and looking at 117B now.

The choice is either facing future HDB block with slight afternoon sun or overlooking CTE with potential city view.

Which you think is the preferred unit?

are you looking at 4 room or 3 room?

IMO, I think 116 A/B are the more desirable blocks.
First off, they are of closer proximity to the MSCP, especially 116A which is very convenient to drop off passenger and proceed to MSCP entrance.

Secondly, the link bridges can be very convenient for drivers.

For TP it's convenient if one drives. For me I am now concern abt accessibility for people who doesn't drive and wants to visit me in future 😳

My Q # is 77 for TP 3 rm . Expected 20 to fall-out, 20 to choose units am not keen, I. In the end I will be competing with just abt 36 contestants 😀Any idea if my logic is right?

thats also true. ..but again i think if the occupant got sensitive nose to dust and/or is a light sleeper maybe not so ideal for 116. .. and if take 116 must be higher than level 10 otherwise the ppl from MSCP can see your house and you will face the MSCP too. ..117B got a drop off point nearby and 117A is nearest to kopitiam. ..and i read PIE bus stop is nearer to 117 blocks for those who dont drive. .. :)
