haha yes we are intending to do so, thinking of getting fold-able bikes! cuz we won't be getting a car also.. can cycle to town also, since quite near also. can't wait to know when our appointment date will be.

thats also true. ..but again i think if the occupant got sensitive nose to dust and/or is a light sleeper maybe not so ideal for 116. .. and if take 116 must be higher than level 10 otherwise the ppl from MSCP can see your house and you will face the MSCP too. ..117B got a drop off point nearby and 117A is nearest to kopitiam. ..and i read PIE bus stop is nearer to 117 blocks for those who dont drive. ..

Do you think there will be a lot of lllegal parkings/ waiting vehicles around the blocks considering there are EH SM & shops in the precinct? Ps 116a have shops below its anybody guess what they going to sell ? ..

I didnt see any during my recce there ystd, probably i missed it.

Yes you look at the site plan carefully and also the mock up at hdb show the void deck for this block is slightly different as there are provisions for 1- 2 shops

A question to clarify AHG calculation, HDB states the assessment for average salary is "12 months before the flat application"

Since this is Sept BTO, can I then make application based on 12 months pay for Sept 11until Aug 12? Aug 12 is the month before Sept BTO. Thanks!

Yes, it's possible to walk to bk mrt. We used to stroll home fr bk mrt to Tenteram.
Two ways:
- via the underpass at st Michael, walk thru to the church and then turn right towards st George area, walk towards the whampoa canal to McNair area and u will arrive at bk mrt.
I say abt 15-20 mins. Better choice compared to the other route

- walk towards the blk 22 Tenteram side and u will see a overhead bridge. Walk further down to the other bridge, cross the bridge and walk straight towards McNair area along the canal and you will arrive at bk mrt shortly.

I say, hot days, save it. Wait for bus 125 or 139 at the Jalan bahagia.

If want a stroll home can walk home. : )

for tenteram peak, do you all think its possible to walk to boon keng mrt station? seemed like its about 1km away, walk 15-20 mins?

Just read a blog threads from the condo across Cte opp TP the residents there were complaining abt the north Views being blocked when TP got built there were also comments that the SM at TP will be an added convenience to them plus Hoping that TP's rooftop garden will be nice so they could get a nice garden view from across
I personally feel Hdb will consider creepers down the car park facing the units for added privacy to the units facing it & suck off the Carbon dioxide from the vehicles ..

All up and only accessible during office hours as it is within the registration compound in level 1. As currently they having some punggol display outside til 28/10. Maybe after that is cleared they wil shift the display out.
