I will preferred to opt in for OCS if the range is average but I think the architect made a poor judgement for the tiles in TP. No way I will buy it even though it will cost me more in open market.

I have yet view d mock display but soon. If those floor tiles not to my expectation I will not opt in. Pay extras suppress my misery.

I'm quite happy with the tile designs for Treetrail!

The problem with hdb homogeneous tiles for the living room is the joints like my present premium flats in sengkang. My nephew opted out for his champions court unit & the workmanship is fantastic. Just to share that's all..

Means black lines along the checked edges so ugly 2 neighbours the tiles got popped out due to less cement used n hdb replaced them all still caused major inconvenience
