This is so disappointing. After enduring the 2wks wait only to receive a sucky number is really like...

SK in Nov launch have 2 site. 1 is near MRT. The other is Not.
Possible if some people decides to go for Nov BTO instead or for whatever reasons rejected.

Confirm got chance! CSC got 363 4rm ma. Though most likely low floor la. haha. Level 5 onwards maybe can. sure got some ppl infront of you drop or choose Teck ghee parkview one. Good luck to you!

Sure high one. That's the best site available in SK. But I think it will be lower than this AMK BTO. So still ok.
Like what "Artie" mentioned, this is gonna be a risky bid. Sucky number = choose the totally out of nowhere site/reject.

I read on the HDB webby there is 2 times ballot?

At the end of the application period, HDB will ballot all applications for their queue position and inform applicants of the outcome of their application.
You can check the status of application when the result is announced.

HDB will conduct a computer ballot to determine the applicants' queue position to book a flat. Applicants who are not shortlisted will be informed that they are not successful in their application.

No once you get your queue number that is final and is used for your selection. (Some of the priority schemes have more that one balloting proces but that is transparent to everyone)
They aren't officially out yet. Everyone is checking by logging into My HDBPage.
I'm also not sure of it myself. But just prepare for the worse lo.
Your queue position for a 5-Room flat in Woodlands is 11. As your queue number exceeds the units of flats on offer, we may invite you to select a flat depending on the availability of flats and ethnic quota
