Cannot be, i just called HDB and they told me they are still in the midst of balloting and the number shown is not accurate.

urm, the selection date is on 4th Nov. so even if u intend to apply for NOV BTO, that means you more or less need to give up your SEP BTO slot??

If your queue number is good, you will be invited for selection earlier.

If your queue number is bad, the date for selection might be very long later. Or you might not even be invited.

So if you are invited and you missed the selection, then is give up.

hdb is really giving us mixed signals. did a similar thing happened in previous BTOs?? i feel it's really crappy how they're handling this.

So many different answers from HDB and dunno how the hell they can make this type of mistake when the public is constantly anticipating the results. Guess the only way to know is to wait for the results tomorrow. Good luck to all

If you miss your queue number twice, you lose your chance as first timer for a year. But I think you still can apply under 2nd timer.

If you go select a unit, then give up. Then cannot apply for a year.

Called HDB ask about the test run and they say result will be release tomorrow evening.

the CSO who picked up the call asked her for her IC number and confirmed that her Q number is a valid one

besides.. if it was really a test run, HDB would have alot to answer for those who had a good number isn't it

Hdb CSO unreliable la. Good numbers people lets just think the numbers wont change!!!!! Bad numbers people just think confirm is inaccurate? Hahaha.

Let me give u all an advice...
For those who cant get a unit in AMK for Sept BTo, dont worry, base on history, there r always drop off units due to many reasons (Breakup, etc)...
So AMK BTO units like with no chinese quota will open up available for chinese quota again during sale of balance flats.

So just wait for the next sale of balance flats and AMK BTO will sure be available...
This is a CONFIRM history BUT BE PREPARE TO PAY AT A HIGHER PRICE..

Sale of Balance flats always price at higher price compare to initial launch price.

There is always hope for those who insist for AMK BTO....
But of course there will be another 'fight' during for sale of balance flats....
Many good examples like pinicale duxton, Teck Ghee Vista, many many more....
All initial chinese quota = 0 but when come to sale of balance flats, chinese quota become available.... and many many more units suddenly become available..

So dont worry, its a matter of waiting time game.... just endure and keep 'donating'$10... like buying toto.

For those who get good Q number...good luck u win a jackpot... AMK houses (mature estate) sure can fetch a higher price after 5 years... is a CONFIRM WIN WIN PROFIT BUSINESS......

i just called hdb. gave my name and my ic number. the cso told me the results are not official and best to wait for hdb to inform us.

I think the Q number is valid. They are jus correcting the details. If not, those with good number one sure call HDB to cry father cry mother. Nonetheless, I hope they will re-ballot. Some false hope here...

THE CSO also ask for my NRIC and contact number and inform me that they will call me once the result is release. I call twice and both CSO told me they also don't know the result before it is not release yet and it is still in the midst of balloting, both times i was inform the number is not accurate.

I think alot of people would have call and mostly receive the answer of the queue number is not accurate. But if what you say is true then i think HDB is seriously having some issues.
