Safe to say final drop out rates at least will be 20%? i've been following jul punggol and may kallang/whampoa. Even for like first 100 numbers dropout rate also at least 10%. For my jul bto, i need 22% of people to drop out and i quite confident will be called down to select lor although confirm sucky units. Currntly 37 out of 231 numbers already dropped out which is around 16%.

Haha. U got nothing to worry since u alrdy secured a nice number for this bto. Good luck for ur selection! :)

Guys, take it easy.

Its really random I think. Really unfortunate to hear people who have 4 chances get such an awful queue number. Nobody in fact is sure how the system works.

If your number is really out of range, its better to start planning for Nov's BTO.

Oh yah, 4 rm flats in AMK are combined between TeckGhee and CSC.
Assuming you have 6XX, chances r you will have TeckGhee to choose from if CSC are filled or the ethnic group quota is filled.

That's why I always think it's good to get really out-of-range number or get one which is <300. Anywhere in between is headache.

Using IE, I was able to see the preview yesterday, I checked a few times and the box for the status is totally blank.

My HDBpage is not updated yet. That's why blank. Check in the main HDB website under application status

Your balloted queue position for a 5-Room flat in Choa Chu Kang is 64. We will provide you with the flat selection details such as the flat list and brochure when we invite you to select a flat. The selection exercise has been tentatively scheduled to start in End Oct / Nov 2012, subject to change.*

What are my chances to get a good unit?

It really depends on your definition of a good unit.
You should be able to get a pretty good unit for your queue number.
