Be hopeful! Dont be surprised many people will drop out due to many reasons one. U can count like 20% dropout rate minimum. If amk 4 room example, 619+124=743. I believe numbers below 743 sure get to be called down for selection one but maybe left not many units..

Look on the bright side, mine is only merely 190 units! and mine queue no is 31X!

Yes.. or 5% + 5% (either 1 party muz be under the age of 30)..

And all using CPF including the stamp fees..except for the deposit which must be in cash/nets.

Yes for those who are eligible for hdb. But those who have exhausted 2 Hbd loans or going for bank loan and still serving existing housing loan only able to loan 60% of the next house... Down payment 10% cash and 10% cpf... The reminding 20%thru cpf or cash upong collection of keys... 10 % of 300plus is 30-40k...

But I am not sure how it works If one is still eligible for 1 more hdb loan but currently serving and existing loan, what's the loan ratio? Is it 90% still or tagged with MAS policy of 60% max?

How come the selection date is so early? Does this mean that we have to sign the lease agreement by then as well which also mean that we will have to pay the 1st 5% incld stamp fees, legal fees and option fees?
