I think only the Teck Ghee AMK BTO has an open kitchen concept. It's a pilot.

Written on your floor plan -) most 3 rms also don't have CW in e masterm hdb will also provide a diff floor types for those

I know I have CW for my Master rm. D rest am not aware at all. U opt in for both OCS? Me only flooring.

I think the South views from TP will be awesome at night ! I am glad it's near the CTE least we could view the construction progress each time we hit the highway...

True those without CW the yards are facing each other yes I opted for both ocs as I need more $ to custom build a dining table for 6 as you know our units are petite

My sister place level 12 beside BKE very the noises, I site recce level 28 from the blocks behind 5.30pm still could hear traffic but bearable we will get use to it I guess -)

U have a big family. For me is only myself n my hubby. I wonder y I was categorised as India/others??? I am 100% Chinese. Maybe becoz of my hubby coz he not local. Whatever it is , we secure a unit already so wait 4 months for down payment

Same for my case. If resale market stable we might not need to fork out hard cash. Right now down payment is settle. Only the balance amount. Cpf or cpf n some cash.
