By the 2nd appt which is signing of lease agreement..

Few of us(me included) applied HLE after knowing the results so that i have a rough gauge of the loan amt(Probably gonna be lower for the final HLE before key collection) and choose a unit.

Even if expired before 2nd appt, they would usually auto extend for you(Like mine)..

I see. 1st appt is to select unit and exercise OTP? What's the time line between the 1st and 2nd appt?

1) Correct. And also submit your documents for AHG/SHG
2) 5% if one of the applicants is under 30 and taking HDB Loan. And of cos + stamp fees, conveyancing fees etc etc..
3) No problem :)

Can be done during your 1st appt as well..But online application is easier & faster, no need to fill up using pen, just need to print out to sign then scan for uploading..

another qn, for point 2 - assuming one of us is < 30yo, taking HDB loan, the downpayment of a $450k flat will be $22.5k; + stamp fee (3% * $450k - $5.4k = $8.1k), conveyancing fee = ?...

so i.e. if CPF OA got > the amount then no need cash outlay right?

5% DP: $22.5k
Stamp fees: $8.1k
Stamp Duty on Service & Conservancy Charges: $4(should be)
Conveyancing Fees: $302.40(Inclusive of GST)
Caveat Registration Fee: $64.45

Total: $30970.85

2) Yes. As long as enough moolas inside O/A for this, no need cash and they would refund you the $2000 option fees. Any AHG/SHG grants if applicable would be use for the DP.
