the selection of flats right, will have those models(of the entire flats) or showroom to let us take a look?

there will be models which we can see at the toa payoh hdb hub iirc, and also the pictures of these models will be posted online in the sales launch site

Question...how come the sale value $$$ of BTO is peg to the resale value of punggol flat? The current value this few year is ridiculous.

hehe true... got 19x out of 564... just hoping that the appt date won't clash with my holidays next mth. haha :)

i wonder what are the chances that people will choose the Verandah 5 rooms instead of waterway. hahaha ! i am just a few units away from the waterway quota. hope got ppl give up so that i can get at least 5th floor and above

hahaha, MOP liao, peg against resale prices.

Yishun Jade Spring haben MOP yet, so still low low prices. :s22:

Not sure if anyone has an idea... but if my number is 16x/190 flats and selection starts in mid Nov, anyone knows around when I can expect to be called up for 1st appt? Thanks.
