There are flats which is listed as 3Gen or just normal 5rms..

ya sia at first i also thought must have 3generation hence the name. haha. too far in. good for people with car.tpe go by lower seletar dam quite fast.

hope can get 9th floor and above at block 501B palm breeze. live couple of blocks away from there only

Haha, maybe you're right. Since eventually all units in a Punggol project will be taken up, the one that costs more to build must price higher.

If not wrong, after 6pm is entry by appt only..Appt as in selection of units or signing of leases..The guard quite on about this..

Yes, at the lobby...After office hours, only one way in or out..

If it's your appt day then they would allow you in...

And what i meant by appt is your selection is on that day..
