My appointment is in March 2014. Again they mentioned that my queue number exceed the number of flats.

Any others appoinment in March too?

Wonder should i apply for another BTO as the pervious time, when it was my turn all flat selected.

My appt is on the Apr 2014 but they did not mentioned anything abt queue number exceed the number of flats ?

this BTO, where is the nearest projected eatery/kopitiam?
for verandah and edge, i think the nearest is at portico?
what about waterway view? any idea?

Err. I think depends on what project u on? If 2 room or 5 room punggol I think by March should be over. 4 rooms so many units. Should stretch further ba?

What's more, to the east across Edgedale Plains road lies Waterway SunDew. That BTO has a small commercial area with shops and eating houses (if you look at the map, it's the block 660A facing the road). Extra points here again!

There are alot people taking Palm Breeze 4rm too. Isn't Saraca Breeze better!?

Last I counted (yesterday), about over 60% of ppl take Sacara. Slightly below 30%+ took Palm breeze. Since everyone that chose Palm breeze can actually get Saraca with guaranteed reservoir view, this percentage is very high.

Anyway for bros applying for Saraca's reservoir view, just a note that OCC lease will not be renewed in 2023, so there maybe new developments in the future. So, better get higher floors, at least 8th floor and above to be safer side.

Did u ballot for Yishun? My appt is in Jan 2014.

actually it depends. angsana is for people who like reserviour view but must get high units. im more looking towards to be nearer to my current house so next time got kids got private childcare. lol. and its also much nearer to yishun safra and also khatib mrt (although still quite deep inside bout 15-20mins stroll)so get 6-8th floor i happy alr. these are my pov for 5room.

for the 4room is abit weird cause the vinegrove is just about 5mins walk to yishun safra. maybe this bto more people from 4room love reservouir view ? :s22:

I now staying in AMK. Considering Sacara or Palm. Still dunno whats the difference between these two.

And are there any shortcut to walk to mrt?
What about those wet markets?
