Sacara to Khatib MRT should be about 20+ mins walk.

Guaranteed long term view is only if you can get higher floors. OCC lease won't be extended.

and sacara there should also have new bus stops in future lah. cause they will be doing new road. it is now 1 big plot of land. so they will have a road inbetween becoming 2 plot of land

Noise on AVE 1 can sometimes be very loud. That is like the second main road out of yishun towards cte/amk besides ave 2. If you frequently travel by avenue 1 you will realize cars honking during peak hours (morning and evening). Also many people still do go to the yishun dam via ave 1 late at night and those very loud bikers are pretty audible even to the top floor (a buddy staying at 870 told me this)

this BTO, where is the nearest projected eatery/kopitiam?
for verandah and edge, i think the nearest is at portico?
what about waterway view? any idea?

For waterway view, nearest eatery is at waterway sundew a the east side. There's also another further to the west at waterway banks.

About 30mins unless u have lots of question to ask...

Reach there scan no, wait to be called in. Pass letter, choose unit, pass documents..Officer will go thru all documents to make sure in correct order..Print out AHG for u to sign oso.

Then will pass u a receipt to go cashier and pay option fees..

Bring back receipt and pass to officer and he/she will pass u some documents and off you go.

Yup...I sign my LA at a 6.50pm slot..

But wat was ur actual appt time for ur 1st appt? Cos I'm a bit confuse... Usually during 1st appt they will call up abt 5 pax a day. If my no is x0 and the appt time is 9:30am, wat abt no. ahead of me? Like x6-x9, won't their appt time b even earlier then?
