Anyone knows how fast the process goes?
My Q number for punggol 5rm is 425 which selection date is 18Feb, however from the beginning till now it already passed 1.5 months, the Q number is 73 only. There will be another 1.5 mths, if according to the current speed, i don't think the number will jump too much lor....

It can move 10 Q no. or more per day.

i see, ok then... i hope my situation can be like FireEmblem whereas there were more than 40% drop out rates, then i maybe got chance to choose my units provided that those leftovers are not like 2nd, 3rd storey that kind... :s22:

During selection day (1st appt), usually the appt time given to select our flat, hdb will only schedule 1 couple to select during that particular time or there will be more than 1 couple selecting together during the same time for the same project?

Only one appt for that timing for the room size and project..

The approval should be quite fast, right ? I believe 2-week is normal.

Most AHG/SHG cases took about 4-6 weeks..

My own AHG took 6 weeks..

What he meant is his friend who went for his 1st appt 2 weeks earlier than him..evoram's appt was 19th Dec which means his fren selected early Dec..So about 4 weeks between submission and approval..

I called HDB to check what is the current queue number for the Sembawang 2-room. Last number today is 217. Sigh.
