Assuming can get waterway view, that will actually be a very nice place to go home to

I actually want the waterway view too but it seems the highest for 4 room is only level 9. The rest of the blocks behind has higher levels up t level 17.

Some 4 rooms have balconies too, it's a pretty cool project. Though the balcony does look rather small haha.

the balcony eats into existing unit space...

for 4 rm, your master bedroom becomes smaller.

for 5rm, your living room becomes smaller.

Nowadays, With or without balcony the internal floor area is the same.
Last time with balcony, the internal floor area is extra 3 sqm.

Depends on people whether the value the transportation more or the view more bah.. although some ppl may argue saying that the waterway is just like a long kang haha

Yes..

The only restriction is you cannot apply for 2 project in the same launch month(BTO or SOBF)..No issue with applying for Sept and then applying for Nov..

SHG(Max 4rm in non-mature estate) - Combined not exceeding 6.5k

Either one applicant must be in continuous employment for the past 12 months prior to BTO launch. Required to produce payslip for the last 12 months prior to the launch as well.

ya the problem is i'm still in my last yr of studies and my gf has only 10mths of continuous employment on the date of application since she grad last yr.

so dunno whether is it that hdb die die must be 12mths.

then also regarding on whether if there is a scheme/grant which is for staying near parents.

BTO no grant for live near parents..Only for resale.

That u have to check with HDB...Buden again, u will only know when u submit ur documents for the AHG/SHG application during selection of unit..
