Most probably aiming for 684b..hopefully can get high levels which my mum loves. But, how do we know which unit have balcony or not? Is it indicated in the brochure sent to us?

So lucky!! Any unit/block in mind?

Once it's up, you can drop by during their opening hours to take a look..

Yup..The place where u wait to select ur unit/signing of lease which is level 1..You can see the OCS component there as well...
