Is there any instances where hdb rejects flat application or HLE not approved after we select flat n option fee already paid??

Walking to LRT is less than 5 minutes as i had tried lighting a cigarette and walk from waterway view to LRT, cannot finish the smoking. :)

my number is last 30 of the units offered. 4rm punggol. appt date mid march 6:30pm lols. anyways anyone can tell me the link to see the 3D model of the flat?

I dun think so. Nov result usually out in early Jan bah. But if u can get a good unit with your current q. no., then keep that $10 to treat ur future reno contractor's workers some drinks better... :s13::s13::s13:

May I ask if I get a better queue in November BTO, and I cancel my appt on 21/1/2013 for the September BTO, does HDB take it as one count for not selecting a flat? I'm second timer, the september queue no. was sucks.

Depends bax..

May's BTO launch end of May,application close in early June, results out early July..May's SOBF same time launch,same time close but results out end of July..

So taking the same time frame for results, end Nov BTO launch, early dec close, results out in early Jan, SOBF end of Jan??

Guess we're in the same situation. My number is 132x. Thinking of applying the Nov bto (Hougang). Don't think will have any good units left by that time.
