If your ballot no is 26 for this Sep BTO, i dont see why u need to have this appt around the same time as your earlier appt for another project.

You have a good q no which opens up almost all units to you other than the potential 25 units which might be selected before your appt.

The thing now is what choices do you still have from your earlier appt, which project u like better(sales brochure, layout, site plan all out isnt it?) , and prices of both.

Still not good enough for you to make a decision?

They gov sure has ways to convert them..

I also told my mom once we move out in the future, keep this flat..Leave one room empty also okay since fully paid..Or just rent out the spare room..Additional income is always good..

Rather than sell it off, move into a SA which has a 30 years lease and probably no value at all eventually..

Just went to hdb hub to c waterway view n verandah 3d model n e future punggol 3d model I think it give us some idea about what punggol going to b. sorry, what it difference between bathroom / kitchen main wall n accent wall? What is main wall n wat is accent wall.

Letting old folks live alone is not the solution. There are so many cases of old folks that passed away in their flats only to be discovered due to the stench. It's better to build retirement villages.
