Does anyone know what is the price range for 3 room - 4 room prices in Commonwealth 10?

Check resale price i reckoned they will peg the figure close to it because they will be selling it as sobf than bto prices.

Hdb no milk sinkie impossible

Sigh me too. But still hoping for miracle that perhaps the residents there do not like high high floors.
Lucky for us is that there are not a lot of lousy units for 4R/5R, the layout quite good, not much nonsense face carpark or near rubbish chutes choice.

don't need MOP to be released as SBF.

Greeting to all future neighbours

I'm also one of the sers buyers hoping to secure a dream home at Dawson.
Hope to discuss more with everyone here on the pro and con of all the sites.

To begin,

Site A- has the best building design, most facilities available.
Site B- most closer to MRT
Site C- most quiet environment
Site D&E- not the best, but still at good location

Although we like the space area a 5 room can give, but financially it is too high for us. In the end, we opt for 4 room. Even the price tag for highest floor for a 4 room is considered high for an average earning family.

The compensation for a 3rm is only that much.
To select for 5rmer one must topup alot...its not cheap at all

Hope they will drop price as well coz now market drop

Then again knowing HDB, Unlikely only 1 direction
