Site B and Site A 's difference in terms of distance to mrt is not that great and isn't it better not to be that close to mrt?
If only the officer can explain the price difference to us. Maybe I will give them a call tmr.

They better build it nicely and as nice as skyville and skyterrace cos ours much more expensive!

I'm guessing as you said HDB themselves are surprised by the number of 5 room queues. Probably priced it this way to see how things go from here. Pinnacle mid-high floor going for 1.09m didn't help either
