MOM guideline is actually min 2 weeks for 1 year of service.

mine was 1 week for every year of service capped at $5k

If you are lucky now, will be 1 month for every year of service but I don't think you can be too upset if they pay you 3 weeks for every year. Anything more than 1 month is akin to striking toto
