My pp expire in June, I apply on sep, my new pp validity starts from Sep so ur info is wrong

He is not wrong, based on the previous 5 years passport validity.

His example is applying before the passport expiry. Yours is after the passport expiry.

becos the max validity now is 10 years.

and also to write proper with details. did you purposely leave out the year in the previous post?
