Haven get refunded, email them like last month, takes a decade for them to reply. Still no reply from them yet after one of them replied on a separated email. :(

i sent PM and within a week gotten the remaining refunds that was missing in my card statement...

I got refund immediately after they announced its error and got back within a week. some more I got refunded double amt.. Probably because I used Amex and use PayPal ? Idk.

If you have not received your refunds, please do drop us a PM with your Order Number and email account used to place the order, so that we can escalate it to the relevant team within Microsoft.

We apologise for the inconvenience caused, and will do all that we can to ensure that you get your refunds back asap.

We will manage this personally, so please don't hesitate to reach out to us.
PM with needed details sent to you some time ago (11 days to be exact), latest credit card bill received today still no refund leh... now what? :o

I have drop you a PM 2 weeks back and you requested for my microsoft account email address. I have given you so but I still have not have my money refunded.

It's only $10 and it's taking a lifetime just for a refund.

I dropped a PM and I got a reply from Microsoft Escalations Customer Support. It says it will forward my information to their accounting department for investigation and will keep me updated.

Finger crossed on the waiting time though.

You: how are we not paying the correct price of the software if it states $5.00 on the MICROSOFT STORE during the time of purchase?

You: There was no indication that the software was not released nor any price error at the time of purchase!

Josie: however if you would analize a software on a price of only SG$5.00

You: So how does that warrant a cancellation of the product keys purchased?

You: And so why is there quite a number of people who managed to actually get they keys to work?
