what do you do when your sgt keeps aiming you for guard duties even when there are others who haven't done it. and insulting you once in a while in front of the platoon by calling you names?
just lay low and take it?

my pc is also buddy buddy with him. he is not professional unlike the pcs from other platoons. :(

There are CSM, 2IC, OC in your company level.

Above that level, which is not advisable.. will be the CO of the BMTC.

Tell ur pc.
Hopefully he is good n will tell his sergeant friend that he notices him picking on you.

Else tell oc.

Must do the correct method before trying out other methods.

In camp sergeant out of camp cannot pull rank. If he in camp wan play rank, u out of camp also can play.

You need to talk with the SGT 1st.

If fail, talk with PS
If fail, talk with PC
If still fail, talk with CSM/OC --> if at this stage still fail, I can only say the whole thing is fked up badly

But I can tell you...After posting to a unit...You will know how much worse life is, depending on which unit you go.

But before TS talk to anyone, it is recommended that TS should talk to himself and find out whether issue can be resolved.

This is best advice so far, based on my experience as a ex-PC. Respectfully request a private chat with your SGT, ask him if you did anything wrong, show him proof that you're doing well more guard duty compared to anyone else (this is very sensitive, commanders supposed to keep a log to show that everyone is doing equal number of weekday and weekend guard duties).

Definitely don't be an idiot and jump command. In my time (which is not too long ago), the son of a minister (whose last name start with L, end with E and is three letters) was unhappy about some issue (he is a 2LT) and sent an email directly to the Chief of Army and I think cc the OC, CO, and dunno how many others in the email.

If he wasn't the son of the minister, I think his backside will still be sore today, due to the amount of screwing he got.
