Scoot delayed my flight by 15 hours. It was supposed to be an early morning flight but got delayed till night time. They only sent the email several hours before the flight. I heard some passengers say they were already at the airport when they got the email.
After reaching the airport at the time they stipulated, the flight got further delayed. We were asked to change gates 3 times, and had to run from one end of the terminal to the other, and back again. One of the gate was given to SIA apparently. After all the delays, we still had to wait further. They gave us a $5 voucher to use at the terminal, but $5 can't buy much.
