After stopping for months, yesterday went out to take sunset for the new year.
Got blue sky, got sun but the sunset area is covered with thick and dark clouds.
No choice frame for other scene & got this:

I'm using 10 stops ND filter, shot 2x3 exposure shots and hdr.

how to take e water reflection?

You might want to go there as early before 7am, and you will find the water was calm enough to see the reflection off the surface of the water.
