how to take this photo with colour front and b&w in the background?

Dun think it's possible with any cam, probably done with image editing software.
If only show singe color and the rest b&w, Pentax Kx, K7, Kr, K5 have build-in digital art filters that can be done, maybe some models of other brand's cam is able to.

u cannot do it straight from cam.
u need to shoot in raw or jpeg (raw preferably) then using editing software like CS, lightroom etc, then do selectively de-saturate.
