Auto focus is fast. Shutter lag don't have but sometimes the camera will tend to choose a slower shutter speed so steady hands will be good.

Night mode is fast, don't take very long to take like pixel or Samsung.

I was testing it at challenger. If you shoot HDR and RAW altogether, there’s a slight lag, even more noticeable at 50MP high resolution mode.

I seldom shoot raw, too much trouble to post process. The portrait mode not very good also, also quite restrictive and cannot change focal length.

The always on display doesn't have auto brightness nor proximity sensor. So it's always on even when inside pocket.

On a good note, sharp still one of the few which keeps the wifi toggle separate from the mobile data toggle in the pull down shade tiles.
