if you’re already on the new digital meter can see up to hourly readings of the usage in the SP services app. easy to track.

My is EC, 3 rooms. With my wife, son and occasionally MIL.
Since lately day time weather so hot and at night they dun wan open windows to avoid insects flying in, we have been on-ing AC almost 24-7, but in various rooms.

For 370 for u only 2 pax, I agree it's pretty chor

Are you both frequent users of air-conditioning?

Mine’s a 4rm and two of us. I’m always at home, so it’s just the ceiling fan. We do use dryer for our clothes 2-3 times a week. Cook my lunch/dinner on most weekdays. Air-con usage is only sleep time, about 7-8hrs, we set the temperature around 24-25°C. Our monthly SP bills is around $90-110.

I damn scared gov raised utility rates again. Which is almost guaranteed...

In the near future, we might see 400 or 500 as the norm ..

Not asking for much, but at least everyone just play their part to help be energy conscious...

My family always either forget to off heater the whole day or forgot to off Aircon the whole day and nobody at home...

Maybe I should set up smart home with movement and body heat sensor to help off the AC if nobody is around...

Also tempted to install solar panels (put it inside but facing the windows) and use batteries to run some appliance and see how much can be saved monthly... But guessing may not be able to generate enough returns...
implement utility rationing. No electricity and water between 9am to 7pm :(
