this is a very heavily modified pistol. if you notice the woman at the side didnt flinch when killer fired the shot, she only reacted when the man fell on the floor.
so. this is not a normal pistol and definately not IA.
The shooter used a silencer without adding a booster, that's why the pistol cannot cycle properly

Go read up more about firearms

Yes, I got a PhD. Hence, knowledgeable about a lot of things

I found a video to explain this, makes it easy for gen Z to understand:

You just need to view humans as ants.

I think edmwers are not known to be logical. Any other times, they see a murder in any countries in broad daylight, they will condemn it as uncivilized, rouge state or whatever
... Suddenly, this happened in the land of the free, the greatest country of the world, the United States of America... And edmwers endorsed the unruly action of killing someone? Are they having double standards or they just out of their minds?

For anyone to be respected and their words carrying weights, they need to be at least consistent with what principle they are upholding.

Killing on America land is alright? Killing in any other countries is uncivilized and unlawful? What were they thinking?

Must see who the dead person is. It's case by case.

I disagree. I understood that person may have done a lot of terrible things. But he should be dealt with within the rule of law. Not a murder in broad daylight. That's just wrong.

If they hated that American healthcare system that enriched certain groups or people, they should use their votes and their congressmen or senators to amend the laws. Not killing in broad daylight.

No such thing as "case by case". Once you started a precedent saying killing with reason is alright, the system of law will break down and everyone will find reasons to justify them killing another.... Anarchy!!!

Is because of the victim identity rather than the country. The insurance company is known to reject payout.

Think many cases happened that when buyed insurance every year collect premium s but when claiming, they dig up your existing issues and denied your claims.

even in SG, cases reported too. Especially when travelling and kena heart attack, they dig up all possibly contributing factors and denied your claim!

thats insurance for Chiu!

Read the comments from the normal Americans.... Alot of them have spouses and parents who died or went bankrupt because treatment was delayed or not received as this company denied coverage.

To them... This guy is responsible for hundreds or thousands of deaths indirectly. They equated the CEO to a serial killer

We know reality is not like that. Different country different context and circumstance. Rules that we are used to will not work in North Korea for example. The only thing that will happen to a North Korean when they use our laws as an example is just a public hanging for disreputing Ah kim and his kingdom.

The line in bold will only work IF and WHEN justice is truly dispensed without negative external influences. No corruption, no human flaws etc. In most modern day societies even that is too much to ask for, depending on where we are talking about.

I will agree taking justice into our own hands is not ideal but i do not agree it should not be an option, albeit a really REALLY no choice option.
