1. Masterpass redemption and collection

Prize Recipients must redeem and collect their Prize within the dates and times stated in the Winning Notification Email. A Prize which is not redeemed and collected by the Prize Recipient by the stipulated dates and times for any reason will be forfeited absolutely by MAPPL.

2. How will it take to know if you have won?

Long story:

After a Promotion Entry is successfully received by MAPPL, the submitting Qualifying Cardholder will be sent an email reply (“Promotion Entry Reply”), within 3 business days of receipt of the Promotion Entry (or within such other period as may be determined by MAPPL in its discretion), to the email address indicated by the Qualifying Cardholder in his/her Promotion Entry, to inform the submitting Qualifying Cardholder whether the submission of his/her Promotion Entry is a valid or invalid entry.

The receipt of the Promotion Entry Reply does not confirm, guarantee, acknowledge, imply or deem that the submitting Qualifying Cardholder is or will be a winner under the Promotion.

A Qualifying Cardholder who receives an Promotion Entry Reply informing the Qualifying Cardholder that the submission of his/her Promotion Entry is valid will, within 2 business days of sending of the Promotion Entry Reply (or within such other period as may be determined by MAPPL in its discretion), be sent an email (“Winning Notification Email”) to the same email address as the Promotion Entry Reply was sent to with information on the manner to redeem and collect the Prize (including the dates, times and venues for the Prize redemption and collection).

Short Story:

- Within three business days, you will recv a email telling you if your promotion entry was valid or invalid.

- Within another two business days after recv the valid promotion entry reply, they will tell you if you have won the $50 or not. They will tell you where, when and how to COLLECT the pass (no registered mail).

- Assuming if one had registered himself/herself on 12 Nov, they will know the results on 19 Nov (5 business days later).
