Shopback is such a scam. Dell was having a shopback promotion in sept, with double the rebate or something like that. The rebate comes to $40+ according to shopback confirmation email. By the time it can be encashed, guess what, $0! Not even normal rebate but ZERO.

I’ve written to shopback to check. Lets see what they’ll say.

$40+ is a lot to vanish into thin air!

it's true shopback cashback have to be monitored. But due to the number of transactions, i pay attention only to cashback above $1


Btw those who bought vouchers via SB, do note some are expiring today eg HAOMART $5 vouchers and those food reward vouchers from playing game. Do redeem them before they are gone. My IUIGA $8 voucher expired b4 I remember to use it, sob sob.

I had a 20% rebate deal rejected for no apparent reason (other than the standard list)

bought a Changi Rec overseas SIM, $21 ... cash back supposed to be $4.2 ... after months, it became Rejected without notice

If the "supplier" dont pay shopback, shopback cannot pay you. Worse is supplier close down before paying up!

Just take it as a bonus if happen to get it. Never take it as actual discount.

Customer has to take SB's word for it that supplier did not pay. Can trust 100% ?

U may try. I remember last time before directed to other app, shopback will display a a page telling how many percent of cashback u can get and the items must not from existing cart before u checkout. Some exception though for Qoo10 or Shopee.

no need to do anything. As long u open hongbao, the process is automated.

Shopback keeps updating me that they did not get any response from Dell. So i try to verify if Dell is the one that withdrew the cashback, even the normal (1% isit?) cashback is not given. Shopback replied by giving me the full cashback amount... finally.

However...

When i login to check and (quickly) withdraw, i saw that a batch of my iherb cashback has turn to 0... what!!!!!!! These amount to $5.29...

shopback suddenly make my welcome bonus offer from ezlink when sign up dissapear eventhough i already meet cashback total of 10$.

shopback sometimes will give you the rebates, but most of the time will drag and don't give. Don't think it will last long
