Been using SB for a long while.....

Then suddenly my amazon sg purchases in 22/01/2021 and today 27/01/2021 didn't show up. My lazada purchase in 13/01/2021 also no show.

All 3 cases I clicked through shopback->site, have emptied cart, make sure the shopping buddy is green after the message "shopback activated" etc...and made purchase straight through.

Have send all 2 cases to let them check (today's one will wait)....

Anybody else also no track ?

Shopback is known for dragging cashback as they allow merchant to drag commission. Doomed to fail, survived only by its marketing genius

I made a legit 4th online Store but purchases not tracked & now under investigation

bcos of this, ShopBack says I may not be eligible for the online Bonus Cashback promo ($1.50) as it ends 31 Jan 21 & verification with merchant will take longer ... total BS !

I found 2 purchases that turned into 0 cashback within a month or 2. Better check your cashbacks periodically, otherwise you may be losing some, in my case $53.

are those shopback go transactions? they are following FavePay style where they can only be redeemed on the subsequent purchase.

For Shopback Go, cashbacks are redeemable on next purchase I just found out recently from CSO.
But the cashback is pending, not zero.

what about those SB Go Bonus Cashback from "Challenges" eg UOB sure win scratch, Purchase on 2 Stores Bonus etc ?

for these Bonus ** of mine, they are showing as "Tracked".

the ** status ... is it first "Pending", then becomes "Tracked" when subsequent purchase is made, thereafter "Redeemable" ?

@ Challenge page, mine are showing Completed and Reward Pending. I have 3 Reward Pending. Amazon Challenger last Nov shows Completed and See Reward. (ie TRACKED just 4 days ago after my Amazon items Cashback % are updated from TRACKED to REDEEMABLE 4 days ago) Confusing right
I do a screenshot of my Challenge page, in case I need to ask them. It’s easier to do so with a screenshot. Recently there was an upsized Cashback for Guardian on a specific day at specific hours. I was not awarded accordingly. The CSO handling my query could not find this upsize promo and claim everything is in order. I am sure I didn’t see it wrongly but not pursue it further cos I didn’t have a screenshot of the upsized **. Not worth wasting my breath Normally I won’t check with them if the amount is less than a dollar unless I’m very curious

... over time, it is difficult to recall which Purchase was for which Challenge ! They can suddenly say oops CashBack is rejected somehow & Bonus also gone

another Challenge $1.5 for "Shop 4 stores" is redeemable bcos I kpkb why it was not previously reflected as Completed

i dont bother with Feb Challenge anymore !

Shopback earning free money from merchants. Like singsaver, if they don’t receive commissions from merchant. They cannot release the cash back.

Me too not doing Feb Challenge, they are also getting more challenging as simpler challenges are Completed.

Going back to your earlier question on Shopback Go, I think the related Challenge eg Spend-in-store at 2/4/6 brands will be Pending till next purchase is made

Alamek! I don't know which are the matching spend for each Challenge. Can we say as long as we don't do Shopback Go at the same stores, all the pending rewards are "can see cannot touch"

You need read the TnCs.

I think the normal cashback has to be confirmed so that the challenge can complete. If normal cashback is not confirmed, challenge will just fail.

yea, I just found out this repeat visit thingy recently. I was surprised to see a reminder to spend at a store before (date). CSO says this rule is in existence since start.
Probably I didn't notice this rule as my other Shopback Go txns have repeat visits which make cashback redeemable "auto" after x days


P/s don't think re visiting Haomart Excellente etc

Apparently, this next spend redemption for SB Go was implemented 1 Oct 20 from CSO ... There was an email sent

hi all, if i buy a qoo10 Store Credit from Shopback, does it considered online purchase by DBS fresh live card?

As what i know is Graypay top up by a credit card is not considered an online purchase
