It's normal. FOODPANDA used to have 8% rebate and now is 2% only. REDMART used to have 8% rebate also and now is no more.

i have a lot of transactions with hotels.com with overdue cashback. more than 1 month later still hanging.

same here. i e-mailed them about this and they were quick to respond.

Higher Prices on Hotels.com using Shopback

tried to book a hotel today and realised that when using ShopBack with Hotels.com, the prices are 6% higher which offsets the ShopBack rebate

no point using ShopBack with Hotels.com since u end up paying more with 0.8% DCC on a higher amount

do check & compare prices

first time seeing this

ended up just book direct on Hotels.com, & use their discount code

I tried using Expedia to book rental cars ; prices were also about 10% higher when compared to booking direct.

However, I did not receive any ShopBack transaction confirmation email.
A separate booking using Expedia, the ShopBack email was received within the hour.

Experience the same thing with my hotels.com booking on 15feb. Tried to submit missing cashback and encountered google drive error....

submitted for zalora, almost 2 weeks+, still under investigation

as long things not captured, i think can just treat as cashback is gone.

This Google drive error has been happening since last year. I reported it a lot of times before but it was never fixed.
