anyone manage to report missing cashback form successfully this few days? keep getting the Googld Docs error

pretty dissed off with Shopback for this year. frustrating experience. most of the transactions don't get tracked, when I never had issue before this year (used since 2015). Followed all steps and even to the extent of clearing all cache and login before clicking thru either via the shopback website, chrome extension or mobile app but still don't track.

i reverted back to rebatemango and tracking is almost instantaneous. Shopback is where it is now cos it's 'branded'. only thing working fine now is Shopback Go. all other online transactions mostly are pretty much off.

Already stop using them for long time. They can give all kind of reason why there is no cash back.

I think it is like they randomly decide the cases for your cashback. Likely their biz no good.

And this is even just for tracking only. Even the transacton is tracked but after waiting long long for a few months, they can find various sorts of reasons to reject your claim.

initial few years they were good as they needed traction, recent times they act big with their branding and reasons like promo code used in txn not sanctioned by shopback. even they were awarded but never award us, we also dont know. kenna eaten.

I have never faced such issues with big merchants like qoo10, shopee, booking.com/agoda etc. One of the hotels for my trip marked me as absent despite me checking in, and caused my shopback to be cancelled. I emailed shopback and booking.com and they helped me resolved it.

Hi, i am facing the same issue. Did you follow up with Shopback?

Did u all use the link in shopback to apply? After you apply, did u submit the form? The one which after u apply the card, you have to fill in your details with the application number? If u missed this part, then can't get lor... I applied two cards using the shopback link and did what they ask to submit and got my rebate for both application.
