The $10 cashback (assuming u max it out eg if u buy something which cost > $10) will be immediately reflected in the app.
However Shopback needs to confirm with the merchant that the sale went through, so the actual cashback that is available for withdrawal will only available to be a few days later.

It can actually take 7+ days to track and be reflected in the app. They've been including this disclaimer everywhere for SB Go.

Asking about another scenario. If somebody newly signed up using a referral link and then spend $10 at guardian, when can they cash out? Just the $10 is enough? Or must have other cash back amount first?

Think you need to reach cash back of $10 before the referral amount become available to you. Buying $10 at Guardian may be is 1% cash back and hence you get 10 cents cash back. You need to do it another 99 time to reach $10 cash back to get the $10 from the referral code.

That's what I understand. So if you don't spent a lots. You have to wait for a long time before you can get your earning from shopback.

But if use UOB card at guardian , take quite a longer time

Does Shopback Go have missing file?
I know Shopback Online have this feature.

I just send an email with the receipt since the TnC stated the Cashback will be trackable within 7 days.

don't understand whats the point of promotion only to pull it down from shopback go
