"Cashback is not qualified for:
- From 1st Sep onwards, orders made using coupon code are not eligible for Cashback"

Is this new for 1st Sep 2019?

Previously still getting 6% cashback even after applying 10% DBS, UOB, SCB...voucher code.

Confirmed cashback now no more if applying 10% voucher (=coupon ?) code?

If true, then really a bad news.

It's TRUE. I had a booking in late Aug and one in early Sep. Both transactions were tracked. The Aug had cashback, Sep was tracked at ZERO.

Finally yes! Just saw my 10 outlets being tracked. However, I have another 3 outlets on a Citibank Visa supplementary card but it’s not tracked

SQ cashback

Anyone has experience booking an itinerary on Singapore Airlines, and change your flight itinerary thereafter? Assuming that it's the same fare class, would I get the cashback?

On the Shopback SQ website, it says that the following is not qualified for cashback - Returns, No Show, Changes and Cancellations. I would assume that the non-eligible cashback are for fees associated with the changes and cancellations? Based on the original fare (despite changes to itinerary), the original transaction is still eligible for cashback?

I am not sure if anyone of you trust Shopback calculation, but I noticed sometimes my cashback amount never increase as much and started manually monitoring on my own.

I found that my cashback total amount reduced when there were no rejected cashbacks.

I have emailed shopback and waiting for their answer.

Basically you supposed to add the daily additional cashback coupons of $1, $2 and $3 and spend at those restaurants on the list and get these additional cashbacks.

i have the same problem as you, drastic decrease in my cashback, i've been using shopback for my taobao purchases and it has been working well until suddenly they rejected my cashback claims. :/ i've switched to sgshop for my taobao cashback.

I have both rebatemango and sb. When I make purchase on shopee from rm, it was captured in SB instead. Weird....? Anyone face the same?

i think cannot. Better go from Shopback to Merchant then add your items.

Have been placing items in my cart in Taobao, and activating ShopBack only before checking out...Sighs, Ike been doing it wrongly, that’s why my first Taobao cashback 3 months back were rejected.

Yes I do. If you install the shop back add on in chrome, you can immediately tell if your item is eligible for cash back
