Shortcuts is an App that enable you to create automated actions across your applications on your iOS device. For example, you can create a shortcut to get the directions home, get the ETA and turn on your A/C 15 minutes before your reach home.

Shortcuts will launch alongside with iOS 12 as a separate download on the iOS App Store.
Let's try to learn and explore new possibilities we can do with Shortcuts together.

can shortcut perform something at a specify time on its own rather than have to manually run it?

Nope you can't at the moment unfortunately.

I also wish it was that kind of automation

Btw, I have made a Shortcut that will open the Weather.gov.sg website to see the rain areas and you can add it to your Homescreen (as an icon!)

Try switch control....google tsum tsum switch control to get an idea how it works.

If not use singpass to check in. Way faster.

Currently click process has total 3 clicks, daily.
1. company SafeEntry URL saved on Home screen .
2. Check in button.
3. 2nd check in button.

Like to reduce this process to a single click.
Won’t break my finger but if automation can simplify process, why not.

Also, hope to explore and learn more abt shortcuts to possibly expand usage.
