I just need the root and used the simple CWM method. But now this method will trip knox. :(

Any other one click root without tripping knox?

just tried this.. updated from XSP 4.3 to XSP 4.4.2 ... got Keyboard error

fixed it by booting into recovery mode
any reason why I keep getting my internal SD card backed up as folder 0?

I always chose to wipe everything.. ><

follow syraxius steps. But change the last step. (Manage to solve the keyboard crashed after much researched.)

5) Flashing the Bootloader

Your phone would automatically reboot a few times and finally end up in Download mode.

Extract the contents of the attachment somewhere.

From there, connect your phone to your PC and run Odin 3.09.

Click on BL and select package.tar.md5, and uncheck F. Reset Time and check Phone Bootloader Update.

uncheck Auto Reboot.

Once Bootloader finish flashing, unplug your phone and manually reboot into recovery by pressing vol up + power button + Home button and select reboot phone. Your phone will restart and update the bootloader

Not sure why there is 0 folder, if you look carefully, most of it content is from your previous setting and apps before you flash and it taking up space. For me I just delete that folder as it is useless and so far so good.

thanks! it seems like the multiple 0 folders may be due to MOP deleting the multi-user files when I select Wipe Data+Cache (and Wipe Dalvik Cache...)

oh well.. anyone having issues with external SD?

It seems like my external SD card is causing my phone to be sluggish during boot/reboot.
- Phone boots to homescreen fine
- Phone cannot be put to sleep with power button
- External SD card not detected during this time

after awhile, the phone vibrates
- External SD card now detected
- Phone can now be put to sleep.

any suggestions?

how are you guys getting the Roboto Condensed font?

what are some of the better custom roms availble for n3? getting mine tomorrow.

anything to take note while rooting/fashing custom rom/firmware?

just read on xda that the universal root de la vega won't work on our telco 4.4.2 devices? it will trip knox right?

which means no custom rom/firmware :(

I am using XNote. Quite good and stable. Especailly like the DPI manipulation that is integrated into the ROM, now I can make the keyboard very small and have more screen to see the app (for example whatsapp). It is also nice that they added power button and home button to the top navigation bar. Handy.
