Anyone know what is the dock for having a 'surround effect' where the 2 icon on both sides are slightly titled.

deathman: from wat i know it is not a dock, it's juz that they made slanted/tilted icons for those by the sides, instead of the regular square ones

Without jb means no themes. Simple.

To have themes, you need jb.
