1. Install winterboard (or dreamboard if u prefer that)
2. Download themes through cydia store
(Method 1: At cydia main screen, click on themes)
(Method 2: Google for the theme you like, find its repo, add it to your cydia, download theme)
3. Go to your winterboard settings, choose your desired theme to apply
4. Respring

seems like your camera and photo icon are not theme. if you know how to do it yourself, change the camera icon name to Camera@2x~iphone.png and photo icon name to Photos@2x~iphone.png

You know the file name for Maps? Got a problem with my theme, the Maps is not theme. Managed to fix video, camera, music etc.
