laohero , u using EHD lockscreen v2? it is only tap to unlock

u know how to modify it to slide to unlock?

It's done by copying the slider files from a previous sliding LS over to replace it. U have the slightly older version LS with slider? If so, copy the files over.

i copy the default with 1 slider bar from ephd default theme better.

sbssettings should be default installed.weather theme is the newer mod,in cydia for dl.

Anyone knows how to solve this ?

Whenever my BiteSMS comes in, the "Slide To View" text will appear.

But if the screen goes to sleep again during lock, the "Slide To View" text will disappear.

Any idea why or what is causing this ?

i tot if ur on lock screen and bitesms comes in, u will still see the slide to unlock. its for u to either use bitesms quick reply or to unlock the phone right?

if ur referring to slide to view and not slide to unlock, then u might wana to go bitesms setting and see if u on the 'Default SMS App'. so that bitesms will relace ur stock sms app.

for those using elite hd pro, anyone of you is able to get the icon for appstore apps to be the same size as the others?

seems to be a little same compared to the default 118px.

To get rid of the "Slide To View" text

1. SSH into your phone
2. Browse to dir > /private/var/stash/Applications/biteSMS.app
3. Then depending on what language your using, browse to that specific language dir. In my case, I'm using English so browse to the Engligh.lproj dir and right-click on the biteSMS.strings file and choose the "Edit" option.

Now, it'll temporary move the file over to your system so you can edit it. Once it does, you'll see a window open.

Now, search for "slide to" ( Ctrl+F )

Find that section and edit the string part so that it doesn't show anything. Click save and re-spring your iDevice.
