I never quite understd how COE works despite driving for years. So if I buy a car when COE is cheap at 10k for example, when COE rise to 80k and I sell my car, I actually make a profit? Just like stocks?

I thought COE only affects new cars that u are buying

Second hand dealers will sell the cars at existing COE pricing. So you stand to drive for free for the past few years and also maybe earn a couple of thousands at it.

My car highway can hit 22km/litre.
I am a light footer and on expressway I never use Lane 1. Only use last lane max 70km/h. If on main road I stick to 30km/h. You all can honk me as much as you want. I dont give a damn.
