1) how many training batches are there in 2026? I doubt I can make it for the feb 26 batch if the offer comes, was wondering when would the next batch(es) be?

2) has anyone completed their medical review but are still waiting for the email? I've applied for the SPO role, and my current timeline is as follows, not sure how long would the wait be :
28 sep - online application
14 oct - sharing sess + psychometric test
19 oct - submitted supporting docs
16 nov - personality test
20 nov - panel interview
27 nov - medical checkup

after medical is about 1 month waiting for offer, after offer is about 1 month waiting for contract, i think you probably join the training direct should be, otherwise next batch when you can ask HR
