Due to the error at GIGA, we are not allow to sign up a new line if the total number of lines exceeded 10. I have wrote to GIGA yesterday, waiting for their response.

I made a trip to Eight service center today to check on my particulars. Seems I have registered numbers with my NRIC missing the "S" in front. Maybe that's why it didn't show up in this IMDA report. Will see if it shows up next week, after today's updating.

Did you sign up using Singpass MyInfo or you upload your photo identification manually?

If you sign up using Singpass MyInfo and Eight Mobile Captured the wrong information, then it could affect more customers.

Let's see how Eight is going to reconcile the registration information if it is found to captured wrong information.

The two numbers that appear in the email respond is the pioneer batch of registration (Trial Sim) or is sign up later at the neighborhood shop?

If typo can happen, eight mobile sign up form really need to add input validation during registration to check the format.

If the retailers deliberately sign up the SIM card without input the valid full NRIC number, this way still open the loophole of people doing mass registration for malicious purpose.

We shall see in a few days these issue can be rectify, or else this loophole may still lead to mass sign up of sim card for malicious purpose.

My eight line is not captured. I used online sign-up with SingPass MyInfo in Oct 2025.

Looks like eight is the major issue here.

No problem with my eight line except all the 8 giga lines that have been canceled in 2020 and 2021 which still show active.
No reply from GIGA so I have wrote to IMDA for advice today.

But i got prepaid number never show😂
Prepaid number maybe next project
The following registrations will not be included:

Prepaid subscriptions
Corporate Individual Scheme (CIS) plans
Data-only SIM cards that cannot send SMSes and make calls
Mobile numbers under a Family Plan that is registered under another family member.

it says i got 4 numbers, but out of the 4, 2 are temp/terminated numbers, and 1 number is missing.
so the accuracy is only 40% for me 🤣

I just checked again. All the 8 canceled GIGA lines have been removed from the active list. So it's correct now.

Still waiting for them to remove mine. I guess they replied you first because you involved IMDA.

They just sent me a generic email after 5 days.
What number is this. What plan was it subscribed under. Will get back to you.

Not bad it's showing exactly how many postpaid SIM that is under my name currently. Previously have Circles line that were terminated isn't showing too.

Yesterday tried out. My results is 100% accurate. The amounts of lines under my name.
