Hope prepaid one can check soon! Prepaid card more problematic

Indeed it will be good to have that. You can have only up to three lines across all telcos when it comes to prepaid.

As of now, for SingTel and M1 Prepaid you have to check with SingTel and M1 respectively.

For SIMBA prepaid hopefully it should be easy with the SIMBA app. I only used SIMBA postpaid and not SIMBA prepaid.

StarHub is pretty much out of the prepaid market, other than the tourist SIMs. The new StarHub Prepaid plans belong to Postpaid as per IMDA classifications (allow up to 10 lines).

On the other hand, I guess there will be fewer and fewer prepaid users along the way.

We used to have five StarHub Happy prepaid cards and one SingTel Prepaid card. Later we let two StarHub Happy Prepaid cards expire. The remaining three StarHub Happy Prepaid cards were migrated to the new StarHub Prepaid plans which belong to Postpaid as per IMDA classification. So we only left with one SingTel Prepaid card under my name.

But later I got one M1 S$14 and one SingTel S$15 prepaid card for testing. So I have used up the quota of three lines.

Aiyo, so many errors, should call it alpha version insetad of beta.
i believe its whether the telcos updates their user data promptly before sending to imda for consolidation…
if telco didnt maintain their own data, dont expect to get an accurate listing here…

Just checked again, almost correct now, except that my eight number is still missing.

1) Terminated SingTel hi! PostPaid 4G number has been removed.
2) New Zym number has been added.
3) eight mobile number is still missing.

I transferred my M1 Maxx number to my wife through the Circles Life app in mid-March. In the CL app, it has appeared under my wife's name, but not the SIMCARDHOWMANY website.
Checked with both M1 Maxx and CL CSO, both told me that the number has successfully transferred and was told to check with IMDA since the problem lies with them.
I have written to IMDA and am waiting for the outcome.

Anyone that hit 10 SIM limit and trying to port lines and having to temporarily exceed the threshold?
i tried with Circles, let's just put it that they allowed me to signup a new line,
but then terminated the line after discovering i exceeded 10 SIM limit and refunded me in full.

it was a sudden termination, no notification or followup. Regardless new line or temp line(for porting), i guess is still a "line" that needs to be registered first before initiating a port over. so better not test the system unless you want to lose your precious number, Circles terminated mine without warning. it's IMDA hard rule, 10 means maximum 10.

It seems to me sometimes there will be a delay. It took a bit of time for my previously terminated SingTel hi! 4G Postpaid number to disappear from the SIMCARDHOWMANY website.

Let's see if your number will be listed correctly later.

Appreciate the sharing.
Yours is a sign up of new line, not port-in, yes?

I checked again today. The number appears under both M1 Maxx and Cirecles Life now.
I have 11 numbers under my IC now.

yes, i chose a new line with the intention of porting via Circles app after receiving the eSIM.
i dare not try direct porting while already having 10 lines for fear of this very reason - termination.

Right, I doubt will terminate exisiting line but more of porting failure since exceed the hard cap of 10.

Anyways, nobody at 10 SIM and needed to port out ah? :s22:

oh fuk sorry i got so confused with myself. i actually wanted to port 1 of my 10 lines into Circles, from sh1tty Eight.

Hence signed up a new "temp" line with Circles (that makes 11 lines now), upon activation i will initiate a port-in from Eight to Circles and replace the "temp" number (back to 10 lines total).

not sure about direct porting option during signup, but should still require a temp line bah (some telcos issue a temp line), whether or not the telco register this temp line with IMDA is to be tested out.

so now i am using CMlink to change ownership back to my parents. i am subbing too many lines for my family, and those free 500Mb dataSIM from STBB and free $0 Circles eating up my slots.

I have 10 lines and wish to port out one line from Maxx to CL but was unsuccessful because it prompt that I have exceeded the 10 lines.
