Applied for Business Management PT.. but am thinking of reapplying for the FT one in Jan again =x

Hmm, personally I feel that studying full time allows you to concentrate more. But yet again, it depends on the capability if the individual. For me, I am not someone who can really juggle work and studies, or at least this is how I think I am like. So you should ask yourself this, can you study and work at the same time for the next 3 years? If you think you can then go for it:)

Haha, sorry to write so much, just trying to help =D

Actually differences between PT and FT is just PT maximum can only take 3 modules per semester and PT are all night classes. Since you have already applied, I can advise you to try PT first semester without working. If can cope then next semester work and study at the same time.

Hmm I think i'm the type who gets tired rather easily =x Right now I'm already kinda tired after work, so if I still have to chiong to school it'll be even worse.. so think I'll wait for the next intake. Thanks for your help :D

Thanks for the advice. But that time i applied for PT was because i like my current workplace. So if i were to quit, i might as well take FT studies from the start. Since for me FT=2 years and PT=2.5 years, so i will still graduate at the same time if i take PT in July or FT in Jan. And now that i think of it, I don't really like night classes =x

I suggest u should take FT :) PT's schedule is really very packed. If u have group projects, u have to discuss the project with ur group members mostly during weekends (which may take up the whole day because weekdays all of u are working). That is if PT has group projects. Even if there are no group projects for PT, u will have to burn ur weekends & spend alot of time catching up on the lessons taught or burried urself with individual assignments.

my 2 cents worth :)

Anybody know how's the timetable like for FT?

Depends. 1 week may only have 1 or 2 lectures or 1 whole week will have lessons. Sometimes, may have 1 or 2 lessons on sat.

Usually, the 1st 2 weeks will have intensive lectures (Aussie lecturers coming down to SIM to teach).

I am not PT student but projects should be no different for both FT & PT students.

Project volume depends on each modules.
some modules have only 1 individual assignment,
some modules have 1 individual assignment, 1 group assignment,
some modules have only group assignment (usually marketing modules),
some modules have 1 individual assignment, 1 test,
some modules have 1 or 2 tests,
1 or 2 modules may be only assignment-based (No exams at all), assignment may include 2 individual assignments and 1 group assignment.

IMO, if possible, try to do your assignments early as you need to do lot of research.
