Haha is that a little debate i spot down in the posts below? heh.
I get both (Carl & Number_theory) of your points that private will always be a notch below local unis; actually this is a fact, but as long as you are hardworking with a good attitude, nothing is impossible!
Anyway no matter what, the grass will always be greener on the other side. Even if a private uni grad A earns more than a localuni grad B, there will still be a local uni grad C earning much more than grad A, and there will also be a private uni grad D that earns more than grad C, so on and so forth, so actually it doesnt matter

not saying that sciences/engineering are bad courses, just that they are relatively easier to enter based on this year's cut off. Haha.
